By placing an order with Bronco Distribution, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Business Use Only
Bronco Distribution is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale distributor. All customers must be verified businesses. We do not sell directly to consumers.
2. Payment Terms
Customers can pay for orders using the following methods:
- Online Payment (via our website checkout)
- COD (Cash or Check on Delivery) – available only to returning customers in good standing
- Manual Payment Links – available upon request
- Bank Deposits – must be pre-approved with proof of payment submitted before fulfillment
- Checks – accepted only from returning customers
First-time customers who wish to pay by check must provide a valid driver’s license copy before the order is approved.
Note: Any bounced or returned checks are subject to a $12 returned check fee.
3. Pickup Orders
Pickup orders follow the schedule and cancellation policy below:
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM are ready for pickup the next business day:
- Monday–Friday: by 9:00 AM
- Saturday: by 10:00 AM
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM are ready the next business day by 1:00 PM
Pickup orders are held for a maximum of 2 full business days. If not picked up by the end of the 2nd day, the order will be automatically canceled and restocked on the morning of the 3rd day. No penalties or fees are charged for unclaimed orders.
4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
For all details, refer to our Return & Refund Policy. This includes eligibility conditions, refund timelines, and instructions for submitting a return.
5. Sales Tax & Pricing
- We are a wholesale distributor, and generally do not collect sales tax except where required by law (e.g., disposable vape products).
- All listed prices include applicable taxes where necessary.
- Pricing may change at any time prior to order submission. Once the order is submitted, pricing is locked for that transaction.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped or fulfilled.
If your order has not yet been processed, you may request cancellation by emailing sales@broncodist.com. Approval is at our discretion depending on fulfillment status.
7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
Bronco Distribution is not liable for:
- Delays caused by third parties (shipping carriers, vendors, etc.)
- Issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information
- Any loss or damage after the goods have been delivered or picked up
- Misuse of products by the buyer or end-users
All products are sold as-is for resale purposes only.
